MY OWN GROWTH
MISSIONI'm Lilian, an artist who creates watercolor illustrations and abstract line work. My art is a response to the rigid rules and harsh judgements we impose on ourselves. My free-flowing art invites us to give ourselves the kindness, patience, and gentleness we give to others.
About The founder
Lili is a born-and-raised NJ artist and educator, known for her sweet personality, creative mind, and upbeat spirit. Her art aims to bring joy to the moments we reminisce about and bring fun energy into our everyday.
She knows the patterns from “little moments” can define our most cherished memories.
Her earliest and dearest memories are wrapped in surface pattern designs:
The bold floral of her bed spread, which matched her sister’s, dictated the colors of her childhood bedroom to be iris purple and lime green.
Intentionally mismatched socks threaded with everything from dogs to cinnamon rolls.
The wrapping paper her Bubbe (grandmother) used for hanukkah gifts.
These patterns made lasting and fond memories for Lili, even all these years later.
Lili knows her designs are meant to be that special touch for others.
This artist gets that the art is only part of her licensing package.
Here are highlights of what else she brings to the table.

ARTIST, ENTREPRENEUR, TEACHER, BIOLOGIST, MAKER, NUTURER
BEYOND THIS BUSINESSPrior to finding her footing in artistry, Lilian was an avid learner and educator. She attended Rutgers University and earned her undergraduate degree in Biology with two minors: Leadership, & Science Education. She then earned her masters degree in Biological Science Education with an additional certification as a Teacher of Students with Disabilities. She followed this with training in a certificate program as a Maker Educator.
Lilian spent four years as a committed and cherished teacher in public NJ high schools. In her teaching time, she ran classes for Biology, Chemistry, and Environmental Science. Her time included co-teaching with 12 educators, participating on climate change panels, and coaching student activities like robotics and cheerleading - both activities Lilian thoroughly enjoyed leading in her own high school experiences.
Those classroom experiences gave Lilian the confidence to open her own virtual assistance service, offering support with General Administrative Tasks, Calendar Management, Course/Program Planning, and Home Functionality Coaching. She uses her skills and training with specialized individual planning to create systems that are tailor made to accommodate the needs and goals for each of her clients.
